| Abstract: | This article argues the historical evolvement progress and the basic structures of subject of responsibility for technology. After distinguishing the significance and value about the subject of responsibility for technology, I analyze that the basic composing on the subject of responsibility for technology involves the engineers, scientists, enterprisers, countries and so on. |
