| 摘 要： | 以文献资料和录像图解为主要研究手段,通过对历届国际艺术体操评分规则的比较与分析,重点针对2003年版规则的变化,阐述了当前世界艺术体操技术发展的主要趋势,并指出我国艺术体操教练员和运动员当务之急应尽快熟悉和适应新规则,及时把握世界最新技术发展动态,在训练中提高运动员的综合身体素质,积极创编出新颖独特的成套动作.

| Abstract: | Based on the methods of literature review and kinescope data for study and through comparison and analysis of the code of points used in previous international rhythmic gymnastics competitions with the focus on the 2003 code of point, the author develops the trend in rhythmic gymnastics and points out that Chinese rhythmic gymnastics coaches and gymnasts should be familiar with and adapt to the new rules, keep up with the latest developmental trend in line with world sports, improve gymnasts' comprehensive ability and create novel routine actions. |
