| 摘 要： | 采用专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法，从生源、培养理念、培养方向、课程设置等方面，探索运动训练专业的办学思路。结果表明：运动队层次、运动水平高低、比赛名次、级别与获得教练员岗位呈正相关；培养中应体现学习形式多样、课程设置实用、实效，授课方式灵活，课时安排增强实践性等；分配、分流中采用定向培养、本硕连读、体育教育专业与运动训练专业学生互换培养等策略。

| Abstract: | Using the research methods of interviewing and consulting experts, questionnaire and so on, the present study has probed the train of thought of running schools of sports training specialty in the aspects of the sources of students, fostering idea, training direction, courses offered, etc. The results have indicated that the grade of sports teams, sports level, places in competitions and grade of competitions are positively correlative with the coaching posts can be employed; during the process of training, importance should be attached to the diversity of study method, the practicality and actual effect of courses offered, the flexibility in teaching, strengthening the practicality in the allocation of periods, etc., and it is necessary to use the strategies of oriented training, a chain degree-getting of B.A./B.S.to M.A./M.S, and role-exchanging training between the students of P.E.specialty and sports training specialty, and so forth. |
