摘    要:叶轮是泵的核心部分,泵的性能参数:流量、扬程、效率和特性曲线的形状等均与叶轮的设计有重要关系。通过对叶轮结构进行有限元分析,准确地得到了叶轮在载荷作用下的应力,为叶轮的强度计算提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:The impeller is the core of the pump, and its performance parameters ,such as volume of flow, lift, efficiency and the form of characteristic curve have important relations with the design of the impeller. In this paper, through the finite element analysis made to the structure of the impeller, the exact and intuitionistic stress of impeller is obtained. It provides a basis for strength calculation of impeller.
