| 摘 要： | 基于在硫酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化茜素红的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,方法检出限为0.14ug/mL,线性范围0.2￣0.5ug/mL,本方法可用于雨水、自来水及雪水中痕量亚硝酸根的测定。

| Abstract: | The catalytic effect of NO2-on oxidation of alizarin red by potassium bromate was studied and a new method for determination of NO2-based on this was reported.The linear range for determination of NO2-is 0.2~0.5ug/mL with detection limit of 0.14 ug/mL.The method was applied to determine nitrite in water and vegetables with satisfactory results. |
