| Abstract: | Junior college graduates of normal schools in Shannxi Province face fierce situation and competition in their employment,which is related both to overall employment situation and graduates' traditional employment perception. Normal schools should highten the level of running schools steadily,and strengthen the guide for graduates and the employment work. |
