| 摘 要： | 寝室是大学生生活、学习和思想交流的重要场所，是学生思想政治．道德情操、文化素质，心理品质、人际关系得以充分表现和真实体现的重要“窗口”，创建“学习型”寝室对加强学生的教育和管理，促进学风建设具有紧迫性和重要性，全面引导学生创建“学习型”寝室，建立长久激励机制，保证创建“学习型”寝室的可持续性发展。

To found Learning-Dormitory can have urgency and importance of enhance student＇s education and management,the promotion of learning spirits.To guide students to found Learning--Dormitory,Establish long--term incentive mechanism, ensure it＇s sustainable development. |
