| 摘 要： | 介绍网上国内外专利常用检索方法、全文获取技巧以及失效专利开发利用,其中常用检索方法包括直接访问以官方为主的专利网站、利用搜索引擎和专利下载工具软件等,获取技巧包括通过访问药物在线、丁香园、佰腾专利检索系统和专利信息服务平台试验系统等站点免费获取专利全文的方法,着重叙述快速获取专利说明书和利用失效专利的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Contain method about domestic and foreign patent retrieval through internet, skills of full text patent acquisition and utilization of invalid patent were introduced. Some of the most common retrieval methods included direct access to the official websites, the use of search engines and patent download software. Techniques of flee full text patent acquisition included instant access to different websites skillfully, such as Drugs Online, Lilac Garden, BaiTeng Patent Search System and Patent Information Service Platform Test System. A rapid effective way for patent full text acquisition and utilization of invalid patent was described emphatically. |
