高校人力资源管理创新初探

摘    要:高校作为培养人才的重要基地,其自身的人才资源决定着人才培养的质量,而高校人力资源整体素质的提高很大程度上取决于人力资源管理水平。本文从人力资源管理的观念、管理机制、管理工作的方式方法等方面来探讨高校人力资源管理的改革和创新。

Abstract:Being an important base for cultivating talents, the human resource s in the institutions of higher learning determines the quality of the talent cu ltivated, and the improvement of the overall quality of human resource of the in stitutions of higher learning depends to a great extent upon the management over human resource. In this paper, the author, by making reference to the new conce pt and methods in public human resource management, probes into the reform and i nnovation in human resource management from such aspects as the concept and thou ghts in human resource management, the mechanism of human resource management, a nd styles and methods for human resource management, etc.
