| 摘 要： | "山寨机"的成功引起很多学者的关注。目前的研究主要是从创新模式角度展开的,有学者认为山寨机产业属于基于网络细分的商业模式(Business model innovation based on network subdivision)。另有台湾学者用破坏性创新理论解释山寨机的成功。值得一提的是,这些研究都不约而同地将产业集群作为重要方面进行研究。学术界自从上个世纪开始产业集群的研究,但是学术界至今不能解释集群是怎样产生的,也没有人注意怎样利用已有的集群做更多的产业。本文将从产业集聚理论出发,分析了"山寨机"成功的原因,总结了山寨机的制造模式,并且提炼其能够有效利用已有的产业集聚的条件因素。 |

| Abstract: | "Shanzhai" industry has now attract attention global-wide. Scholars both home and broad conducted researches to analyze the" Shanzhai" industry, most of which are based on the innovation theory. In these researches, the constellation effect of" Shanzhai" industry is concerned but is not analysized. This paper tries to analyze the key role of constellation effect in development of" Shanzhai" industry. The summary of" Shanzhai" manufacturing model is made for further implement. |
