| 摘 要： | 提升高校院系管理水平是提高大学办学质量的重要手段，高校应建立起以院系为中心的管理体制，厘清管理权限，处理好学校管理和院系管理的关系，理顺管理主体，处理好院系党与政的关系，服务管理内容，处理好学术管理和行政管理的关系，尊重管理客体，处理好教师管理和学生管理的关系，创新管理手段，处理好信息化和多样化的关系，不断提高高校院系管理科学化水平。

| Abstract: | Promoting the scientific management of departments of college is an important means to improve the quality of university education. Universities should build tip a management system which is based on colleges, clarify administrative authority, handle the relationship between the school management and deportment management, straighten out the management body, handle the relationship between the faculty party and administrative apartment, service management, handle the relationship between academic management and administrative management, respect the management objects, handle the relationship between the teachers and students management, innovate management means, handle the relationship between the informatization and diversificatmn, and constantly improve the scientific management of departments of college. |
