| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了哈佛大学的全国性奖学金项目以及加州大学的本科招生综合评审制度在不同时期对SAT考试之发展和改革的重要影响。事实表明大学是推动标准化考试发展和改革的主要动力来源。因此,大学应利用其拥有学生信息的绝对优势积极参与到标准化考试研究中,为其进一步完善提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | This study describes the impact of Harvard National Scholarship Program and the University of California Undergraduate Admissions Comprehensive Review on the SAT reform.The findings show that higher educational institutions are the main source of the impetus to the development and reform of standardized test.Therefore, universities should be actively involved in the related studies to provide scientific evidences for improving standardized tests by making a better use of the advantage of having student academic and personal information. |
