幼儿教师有效教研方式探索

摘    要:新课改背景下,教研方式的改变对于全面提高幼儿园教育质量起着至关重要的作用。根据幼儿教育的特殊性,立足幼儿园教育教学实践,将先进理念转化为行为,以独特的视角总结出幼儿园教师教研的八种方式,旨在切实解决教师在实践中遇到的实质性问题,有效支持幼儿教师的专业水平的提升,进一步推进课程改革的深化。

Abstract:With the reform of new curriculum,changes in the ways of teaching and research play an important role in improving the education quality of kindergartens.According to the particularity of early childhood education,we should be based on teaching practice of kindergarten education,and turn advanced concepts into actions.This article presents eight manners for kindergarten teachers to teach and research in order to resolve the substantive issues encountered in practice,support early childhood teachers to upgrade the professional level effectively,and further promote the deepening of the curriculum reform.
