| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、录像分析、数理统计等方法，对第7届世锦赛六人操的技术进行了分析，主要对竞技健美操六人操前五名队员与我国队员的难度编排、难度类别、空间转换、队形变化及完成质量等方面进行对比分析，提出提高我国竞技健美操六人操水平的对策。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentation,videotape and statistics,this paper analyzed the group six of sports aerobics on technique in 7th World Championship,especially made a analysis with the first five from our team in difficulty arrangement,difficulty category,space transformation,ranks shape changes and complete quantity,so some rational measures were put forward.It provided theory reference for the development faster and healthier. |
