| 摘 要： | 近年来,中小企业普遍面临融资困难的问题,这与其在国民经济发展中重要的地位极不相称。通过分析融资困难的原因,提出在融资困难情况下对中小企业治理模式的转化,有利于中小企业的健康发展并且有力地推动国民经济增长。

| Abstract: | In recent years,small and medium enterprises generally face the problem of financing difficulty,and it extremely unworthily in the development of national economy important position.Through the analysis of the causes of the financing difficulties,put forward the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises management mode under the financing dilemma,is conducive to the healthy development of small and mediumsized enterprises and powerful impetus to the growth of the national economy. |
