| 摘 要： | 民族振兴,教育为本;教育振兴,教师为本。要促进毕节试验区民众脱贫致富,加快实现毕节试验区从人口大区向人力资源大区转变,适应全区经济和社会发展对各类技能型人才的需求,实现经济社会跨越式发展,就要大力发展职业教育。而在发展职业教育过程中,如何建设一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质教师队伍就具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Education is an essential element of national development,and teachers are the one of education revitalization.It is of very necessity to vigorously develop vocational education in Bijie experimental district to get rid of its poverty and become better off,to transform Bijie district which is now a region with large population into the one with rich human resources,to meet the need of all kinds of talents wanted in the economic and social development in Bijie,and to realize the great-leap-forward development of economy and society.In the process of developing vocational education,how to build a qualified teachers’ team with good moral,professional skills,reasonable formation,and great vitality is especially significant. |
