| 摘 要： | 随着中小企业在经济大潮中的份额越来越大并显示出经济强大推动的作用,成为了促进社会经济进步的重要经济要素。在发展壮大的同时,也面临更多问题,最突出的问题就是中小企业的融资问题。从不同角度探析中小企业融资的问题,解决融资难的困境和发展瓶颈,从我国中小企业发展的实际环境和融资情况,营造具有可操作性的技术层面氛围,解决中小企业与外界发展信息不对称等一系列问题。本文旨在探析当前基于银行信贷的中小企业融资困难的主要表现形式和原因,并积极寻求相应的解决办法和渠道,构建良性发展的有力模式,更好地实现经济发展的大跨越。

| Abstract: | With the increasingly development of small and medium enterprises in the economic tide and shows economic powerful driving role,becomes the important economic factors in promoting social and economic progress.Growing at the same time,also face more problems,the most prominent problem is the financing problem of small and medium enterprises.From different angles to analyze the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises,solve the financing difficulties and bottlenecks in development,from actual environment and financing situation in the development of small and medium-sized enterprise in our country,to build maneuverable technical level with the outside atmosphere,to solve a series of problems of the small and medium-sized enterprise such as information asymmetry.This paper aims to explore the main manifestations and causes of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprise based on bank credit,and actively seek the corresponding solutions and channels,establish the powerful mode of positive development,better achieve the big span of economic development. |
