| Abstract: | The economic status of northeast region once again faces with enormous challenges in the country,its transformation and upgrading of manufacturing is imminent,the paper focuses on the main factors restricting the restructuring and upgrading of manufacturing in northeast area and proposes the countermeasures of restructuring and upgrading of manufacturing in northeast area. |
