| 摘 要： | 近年来,外文书刊价格大幅度上涨,图书馆大都面临着经费不足的窘迫困境。为了缓解经费与购书的矛盾,发挥图书馆应有的作用,在目前经费紧张的情况下,通过扩大赠书宣传使外文赠书的途径增多,丰富外文馆藏资源是切实可行的有效办法之一。本文通过探讨外文赠书对高校师生的影响,以及如何获取外文赠书,给出了建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the price of foreign books rises substantially,libraries are facing the distress of shortage of funds.In order to alleviate the contradiction of funds and purchase books,the library should play a role in,in present circumstances of tense funding,through expanding the ways to promote the foreign books,rich library resources is feasible effective approach.This paper discusses the influence of foreign books on university teachers and students,and suggestions on how to obtain foreign books are given. |
