榜样教育中的误区:榜样选取的高标性

摘    要:榜样教育法作为思想政治教育的主要方法之一,其效果并不尽如人意,主要原因之一就是榜样选取的高标性。首先,从客观特点来看,榜样应具有可接近性,使受教育者感到有相似条件可以学;从主观状况来说,受教育者要具备把榜样看成某种信念的体现者,并认为符合自己的选择条件。其次,榜样教育更要遵循实事求是的原则。再次,要注重榜样行为的社会背景以及遵循因材施教的原则。

Abstract:The example education method is the main method of ideological and political education,its effect is not just as one wishes,one of the main reasons is the high standard of model selection.First of all,from the objective characteristics,model should be accessible,so that those who receive education have similar conditions can learn;from subjective status,education should have the model as a belief manifestation,and that with his selection conditions.Secondly,example education must follow the principle to seek truth from facts.Thirdly,we should pay attention to the social background of good behavior and follow the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.
