案例教学法在人力资源管理教学中的实施初探

摘    要:人力资源管理教学是社会各行各业都需要的一门基础学科,又因其自身的特点—实践性很强,在教学的课程中很受老师和学生的信赖。案例教学法是一种引导性很强的教学方法,对学生和老师的启发都很深刻,与传统教学方法不同,案例教学法强调的不是教师的教学的思想,而是增进学生与老师之间的互动,学生可以在教学中释放自己的潜力,发挥自己的优势,变主动接受学习为自由主动的参与学习,亲身体验学习带给生活的乐趣。案例教学法在人力资源管理教学中的实施正好体现了人们对人力资源管理教学和案例教学法的重视。

Abstract:Human resources management teaching is a basic subject in a walks of society needs,and because of the characteristic---its own strong practical.It is well received the teacher and student’s trust in the teaching of the course.Case teaching is a leading strong teaching methods.For students and teachers are all very profound inspiration,and is different form the traditional teaching method,case teaching does not stress the teachers’ teaching thoughts,but enhance the interaction between the students and the teachers,students can released their potential in the teaching,play to their advantages,from active accepting study to free actively participate in the study,learning to experience the fun of the life.Case teaching method just manifests that people for human resources management teaching and the attention of the case teaching method in the teaching of human resources management in implementing.
