| 摘 要： | 大学生"村官"是个特殊的群体,具备高层次的知识水平,却扎根在最艰苦的基层。创业不仅可以锻炼自我,还可以帮助农村经济建设、带领农民致富。海西新农村建设的提出,大学生"村官"任重而道远。然而,在创业的过程中,模式的选择是否合理直接影响到创业的成败。文章以实地调查为基础,从创业模式出发,举若干事例作佐证,阐述了海西新农村大学生"村官"在创业过程中应注重因地制宜,放宽眼界,选择合适的创业模式,这对大学生"村官"本身的发展,以及现代新农村建设将具有十分现实的意义。

| Abstract: | The university student "village official" is a special group,has high levels of knowledge,is rooted in the hard base.Entrepreneurship can not only exercise oneself,but also can help the rural economy construction,guide the farmer to become rich.The proposing of the construction of new countryside,the student "village official" has a long way to go.However,in the process of entrepreneurship,mode selection affects directly the success or failure of entrepreneurship.The article is based on the spot investigation,from the entrepreneurship model,to take several examples,to elaborate that the university students as "village officials" should pay attention to suit one’s measures to local conditions,a broader perspective,select the appropriate business model in the entrepreneurial process,it has very realistic significance for the development of undergraduate "village official",as well as the modern new rural construction. |
