| 摘 要： | 当前南阳玉文化产业存在着诸多问题,高层次人才短缺,市场不规范,缺乏名牌效应,政府重视程度不够等。针对这些问题,应该建立文化改革发展人才培养基地,保证人才的充足;规范市场、加大宣传力度,提升玉文化内涵;政府明确开发战略,实现南阳玉文化产业可持续发展。

| Abstract: | There exists many problems in the current jade cultural industry in Nanyang,talents of high level are shortage,the market is non-standard,lack of brand effect,the attention of government is not enough.Aiming at these problems,we should establish the cultural reform and development talent training base,ensure the adequate personnel;normative market,increase propagandist strength,raise jade culture connotation;government clear development strategy,realize the sustainable development of jade cultural industry in Nanyang. |
