| 摘 要： | 目前,农民增收问题是农村工作的重点,也是全面建设社会主义新农村的重要任务.因此,要努力构建农民增收的长效机制:城乡统筹机制、农业产业延伸机制、科技支撑机制、市场调控机制、农民就业创业机制、农民社会保障机制、投入增长机制及法律保护机制.同时,政府要加强政策引导,统筹规划,确保长效机制落实到位.

| Abstract: | The increase of incomes of the farmers has been the focus of current rural work and also an important task for the overall construction of the well-off society. Hence, great efforts should be made to establish a series of long-term mechanisms, such as the unified urban-rural planning, expansion of agricultural industry, dissemination of science and technology, market adaptation, rural venturing, social security, increase of investment and the legal protection. At the same time, governments shall manage to assure the imnlementation of these long -term mechanisms. |
