| 摘 要： | 社区文化建设是城市社区建设的灵魂和核心，在城市社区建设中具有规范、导向、沟通、消遣、教育等功能，加强城市社区文化建设应遵循以人为本、层次性和开放性的原则，并注重物质文化和精神文化的协调发展，传统文化和现代文化相结合，兼顾社会效益和经济效益。
