| Abstract: | It is an important goal to construct socialist political civilization for fully constructing a well-off society.Therefore,it is necessary to combine all those together,such as the Party leading everything,the People governing everything and everything being ruled by law.Then it is necessary to reform and improve the Party's ruling art in order to exploit its advantages to the full for the construction of a well-off society. |
