| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the concrete manifestation of the abuse of the legal person's personality system in our country,and the use of the legal person's negative legal principle from the foreign company.On the baisi of probing into the suitable conditions of the company legal person's negative legal principle,the author put forward some relevant suggestions for the legislation in order to perfect the company independent personality system. |
