| 摘 要： | 水资源是基础自然资源,同时又是战略性经济资源,为综合国力的有机组成部分,水资源已经成为我国社会经济发展的短缺资源,成为制约我国全面建设小康社会的瓶颈之一,加大水污染防治工作力度刻不容缓;针对我国水质污染状况严重、污水排放量逐年增加的现状,提出了水污染防治的相关措施;强调实施污水资源化战略应作为水资源供需矛盾的主要手段。

| Abstract: | The water resources is the foundation natural resource,simultaneously also is the strategic economical resources,and the important component of comprehensive national strength.The water resources already become a short resource during the social economy development,and like a bottleneck which constrains our country to build well-off society,so water pollution preventing and controlling work dynamics to be urgent.This paper proposes related measures to prevent water pollution in view of our country water pollution condition and emphases the implementation of sewage resources strategy. |
