| 摘 要： | 民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神支撑。高职院校学生的民族精神缺失十分严重。在以党建为引领、半军事化管理与传统文化相结合的"三合一"学生工作模式中加强对高职学生的民族精神教育,推动二者的融合,是一个有效的途径。
