| 摘 要： | 监考工作是目前考试组织工作过程中必不可少的一环，监考教师在履行工作职责时．自然存在着一种形象要求。监考教师作为考务工作的执行者，不能仅仅单纯完成考务管理工作，更要摈弃传统的师生间监视和应考的矛盾对立的观念，注重自身形象．为考生服务。提倡人性化监考，给考生营造一个公平竞争的考试环境，让考生在考场里能够自如地答卷，顺利完成考试任务．是监考教师形象的核心因素。

| Abstract: | Examination supervising is an important component in the process of current examination organization.When supervising examination,the teacher's performance is an image.The teachers,as the performers of examination work,can't just finish the work of examination administration,but get rid of the traditional contradictory theory of teacher supervising and students taking the examination,pay more attention to teachers' images and better serve the students.So we propose humanized examination supervising and create a favourable examination atmosphere of fair competition,so that the students can have a good performance in the examination. |
