| 摘 要： | 改革开放三十年来,我国农村转移劳动力转移总量呈稳定上升趋势,非户籍异地转移成为转移主渠道;流入地以东部地区为主,且逐渐由第二产业向第三产业转移;常年外出比重增大,有组织外出比重逐步增大;受教育程度显著得到提升,女性参与外出转移的比重增加.展望未来,我国农村劳动力可能呈现的转移趋势如:总量稳定增长但增速放缓、东部地区仍是主要流入地但流入中西部人口将增多等等.
