| 摘 要： | 法律语言作为一种特殊目的语言,有其特殊性。在翻译过程中必须恰当处理好对等和空缺现象。刑事起诉书是刑事诉讼开始的重要文件,其关键词的翻译准确性是司法公正的语言保障。在翻译过程中,需要借助权威字典的解释,在对等和空缺理论的指导下,或归化或异化,力求实现最大限度的对等。

| Abstract: | As a special-purpose language,legal language carries its own characteristic features.Equivalence and gap shall be appropriately approached in the course of translation.An information is an important document signifying initiation of criminal proceedings.Accurate translation of Key words in an information provides a linguistic guarantee for judicial justice.Under the framework of equivalence and gap theory and with reference to authoritative dictionaries,key words may be translated by means of either naturalization or foreignization for the purpose of maximum equivalence. |
