摘    要:深入分析新一轮基础教育综合课程改革和实施的状况,倍感师资问题是制约综合课程改革主要的、“瓶颈性”的因素。要想真正消解综合课程实施中来自教师的制约作用,当务之急就是迅速而有效地对在职教师进行培训。本文通过理论与实践层面的分析,阐述了选择反思型的教师培训模式的必然性,提出了实施这一培训模式的策略和思路。

Abstract:By deeply analyzing the reform and implement of integrated curricula in the new elementary education,we find that the problem of teaching staff is the main factor to restrict the reform of the integrated curricula.Training the teachers quickly and effectively is the first thing to do to solve the problem.In this paper,by analyzing the theory and practice,we explain the necessity of "Self-questioning" training model and produce the tactics and thought about how to implement this training model.
