| 摘 要： | 本文通过对传统教学人才培养模式及现代教学人才培养模式的比较 ,阐述了高素质、复合型、创造型人才的培养 ,要应用现代教育技术构建创新的教育模式 ,建设与之相适应的硬件环境和软件环境 ,加速创新人才的培养。

| Abstract: | This text passes to comparison traditional teaching talented person educate mode and modern teaching talented person educate mode,expands on training about talented person of high character and reunite and creativity.We should apply modern education technique,set up the creative education mode,developments with the fit hardware environment and software environment,and accelerate to set up the educating of talented person. |
