| 摘 要： | hyponymy作为重要的语义学术语,不仅自身较为复杂,而且关涉到meronymy,taxonomy等概念。更为关键的是,这些术语之所以获得各自现行的称谓形式,其背后一定存在着相应的缘由或动因,而学界对此关注不够,如时下的一些不当翻译恰恰是由于对相关术语命名理据缺乏充分认识导致的。鉴于此,依据认知语言学"基本层次范畴理论"和逻辑语言学中的对称及非对称关系类型等思想,分别探讨相关术语命名的认知理据及其翻译的逻辑理据。这对于其他语言学术语渊源探究具有借鉴价值和启示意义。

| Abstract: | As an important semantic term,hyponymy itself is not only complex,but also concerns such concepts as meronymy and taxonomy.More importantly,behind the fact of their having obtained their present names,there must exist certain reasons.But the inadequate recognition of these motiva-tions is supposed to have resulted in the inaccurate understanding and translation of the related terms.In view of the above,and based on“Basic Level Category Theory”in cognitive linguistics as well as the ide-as of distinction between symmetric and asymmetric types of semantic relations in logical linguistics, this paper attempts to explore the cognitive and logical motivations for their denominizations and trans-lations respectively.Meanwhile,this study further manifests its significant enlightenments towards cog-nitive linguistics itself and the exploration of origins of other linguistic terms and concepts. |
