| 摘 要： | 本文针对传统动产质押融资的瓶颈，从实际操作的角度分析了物流企业参与下的动产质押融资的优点和运作模式，提出了物流企业与金融机构共建信息共享系统、投资机构和建立针对性信用担保体系等信用整合模式，从而在保证金融机构信贷安全的前提下，提高质押融资业务的运作效率。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, pledge system is among the most important creditor's rights guarantee forms. Logistics companies' intervention may be helpful for small-sized enterprises to obtain loans through chattel mortgage from financial institutions. This paper proposes a new concept that logistics companies and financial organization should set up an information system in which financial organizations can share information they want and build an investment service organization together, this paper also discusses the framework of credit assurance of pledge system under the intervention of logistics companies. Under such a mode, the borrowing enterprises may improve its operation efficiency while the lending institutions' loan safety is guaranteed. |
