| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了外商直接投资与中国制造业发展的关系，从跨国公司发展动向出发，提出中国的发展战略是抓住发达国家制造业外移的机遇，制造业整体进入世界先进水平或领先行列，而有选择地突破高新技术产业。对此，中国必须重视与发展中国家特别是新兴工业化国家的竞争，同时改变传统的“民族产业”思想，树立“大制造”观点。

The Strategy of Chinese Manufacturing Industry Development from the Aspect of FDI |

| Abstract: | The paper describes the relationship between FDI and the development of manufacturing industry in China． The authors first analyze the development tendency of multinational companies． Then they propose that the development strategy of China would be to take the opportunity of the expatriation of the manufacturing industry in developed countries, while Chinese manufacturing industry ranking in the high level of the world, and breaking through some selective hi－tech industries． Therefore, China should attach great importance to competing with developing countries and especially newly industrialized countries, and at the same time change the traditional concept of ″national industry″ into that of ″great manufacturing″． |
