| 摘 要： | 方法服务于目的，且因目的的不同而不同。高职院校法律案例教学服务于高职院校的培养目标，且有着与普通高校迥然不同的教学特色。因此，高职院校法律案例教学不能照搬普通高校法学院的案例教学法，而应该是以法律理论讲述为主，同时运用大量案例帮助学生理解、掌握、运用法律原理。在运用案例教学时，必须注重案例的恰当选择、案例的灵活运用和案例运用手段的创新，把法律理论放在一定的具体案例、生活环境、文化环境甚至艺术环境中进行讲解。
