| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是实现人类社会发展的观念,同时也为人与自然的和谐相处提出了要求。为实现人与自然的和谐相处,自然权利论提出了一种崭新的人与自然关系的定位,从而为可持续发展观增添了新的内容。在现实的人类社会中,承认生命和自然界有一定权利将具有重要的理论与实践意义。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development is the concept to achieve the development of human society, it also requires that human and nature should get along harmoniously. In view of achieving the coexistence of human and nature, the theory of Nature Right offers a new orientation of relation between human and nature and then enriches the contents of concept of sustainable development. In reality, it is of theoretical and practical significance to recognize the right of both the life and nature. |
