| 摘 要： | 融资难的问题一直制约着广东中小企业的进一步发展,从广东省中小企业融资环境方面解决中小企业融资难的问题,首先要建立更完善的、更严格的监督体系;其次要建立中小企业信用评估体系和个人信用评估体系;再次中小企业之间建立互相担保机制和加强信息经验交流;最后政府和社会共同推进风险投资,并且积极创造条件,发展场外交易市场。

| Abstract: | The financing problem of SMEs has been restricting the further development of Guangdong,Guangdong Provincial SME financing from the environment to solve the difficult problem of SME financing,we must first build a more comprehensive,more rigorous monitoring system;Second,we must establish small and medium enterprises credit evaluation system and individual credit rating system;re-establishment of mutual guarantee mechanisms between small and medium enterprises and strengthen information sharing of experiences;Finally,the Government and the community together to promote venture capital,and actively create conditions for the development of the OTC market. |
