| 摘 要： | 高职高专教育是我国全面实行素质教育的重要组成部分，实行导师制对于提高高职高专教育质量具有重要作用。在高职高专院校理工科专业实施导师制能够大幅度提高毕业设计（论文）的质量、强化实践教学环节、增强学生就业能力，并有利于完善学生管理制度，弥补思想教育工作的不足。

| Abstract: | The advanced vocational education is the key part of the all - round development education, implementing the tutorial system is of importance in improving the quality of education. By implementing the tutorial system in science and engineering majors in the higher professional colleges , it can increase the quality of the graduation design and consolidate the practice program and the ability of the job hunting as well. This paper also discussed the nature of the system and the implementing aooroaches carefully . |
