| Abstract: | Since the mid-twentieth century, the difference wider, rural, and agriculture presents the trend of marginalizati between urban and rural areas in Taiwan is growing on facing the plight of the social side, the economic side, the cultural side of life and the survival of rural people. A new sustainable community development concept should be developed and an overall view of the crux of the problem for the community＇ s sustainable development strategy should be planned. |
