| 摘 要： | 随着每年高校毕业生人数的不断攀升，就业压力有增无减。在激烈的竞争环境下，保障大学毕业生顺利进入社会工作，已成为民生关注和社会稳定的重要任务，也是高校就业思想政治教育的主要目的。鉴此，从辅导员的角度探讨新形势下强化就业思想政治教育工作的对策。

| Abstract: | Abstract ： With the increase on the number of graduates every year, employment pressure is mounting. Under the fierce competitive environment, ensuring university graduates to get jobs successfully be- comes an important task on people＇ s livelihood and social stability, and it is the main purpose of em- ployment ideological and political education. This paper clarifies the connotation of employment ideo- logical and political education, and analyzes the current employment issues among graduates. Even more important, we discuss the action of employment ideological and political education from the per- spective of counselor in the new situation. |
