| 摘 要： | 解决农民工子女就学问题是全面建设小康社会进程中面临的一个重要课题,也是我国教育事业发展的一项重要任务。对于农民工子女就学问题,应当以流入地政府管理为主,加强流入地政府与流出地政府之间的沟通协调,增强服务意识,强化管理职责;应当以流入地全日制公办中小学为主,同时发挥社会力量的补缺作用,通过多层次、多渠道、多样化方式综合解决。另外,应高度重视农民工自身及其子女接受高中阶段教育的问题,以确保普及高中阶段教育目标的实现。

| Abstract: | The guarantee of educational opportunity for those school-aged children from peasant laborers' families in cities is not only an important research project in the overall construction of a well-off society, but also a long-term task for educational development. To solve this problem, the local government their hometowns should take the main responsibility, strengthen the communication with the governments of their hometowns and reinforce the sense of service and management responsibility. With the support of relevant social forces, the full-time state-run primary and secondary schools in the in-coming districts should take most of the school-aged children from peasant laborers' families and solve the problem in different levels, channels and forms. At the same time, due attention should also be attached to senior secondary education for peasant laborers' children for realizing the aim of popularizing senior secondary education. |
