| 摘 要： | IR作为网络时代现代科学信息学术交流体系的重要途径之一,已成为当今图书情报学领域重要研究内容和建设工作。文章从政策管理和维护的角度对IR建设过程中有碍其可持续发展的因素进行分析研究,包括OA理念、政策支持、质量控制、知识产权、经费维持等。
