| 摘 要： | 社区教育是构建终身教育体系,推进学习型社会建设的重要内容。承德电大开展社区教育拥有良好的社会基础和发展环境,同时也面临着一些需要解决的实际问题。要采取有效措施,大力开展社区教育宣传,加快教师队伍建设,加强教育资源的开发与整合,建立经费保障机制,推进领导体系建设,注重理论研究,积极推进社区教育工作稳步发展。

| Abstract: | Community education is the important component of building the system of lifelong educa- tion and advancing the construction of learning society. There are favourable social foundations and good development environment, as well as some practical problems yet to solve, for Chengde Radio and TV U- niversity to develop community education. Effective measures should be taken to boost the publicity of community education, accelerate the construction of the ranks of teachers, enhance the development and integration of educational resources, establish fund guarantee mechanism, strengthen the leadership sys- tem construction and the theoretical study so as to actively carry forward the steady development of com- munity education in Chengde Radio and TV University. |
