摘    要:在大家普遍认为高职学生基础差、素质低的情况下,有针对性地对高职学生进行富有个性特征的思想政治教育就成为一个重要的课题。每个学生都有自己的特点、自己的特长,用多样化、具体化、个性化的学生综合素质评价机制有效地引导学生,以专业的思想政治教师为核心,辅导员作为学生的领路人,而其他各专业教师作为学生思想的点拨者,从学生自我教育、教师和辅导员的引导介入,到学校文化环境的熏染,从而构建促进学生个性发展的育人立交桥。

Abstract:It is generally believed that students' foundation in higher vocational college is poor and the quality is low. It has become an important issue to provide pertinent ideological and political education with rich and individual characteristic for tligher vocational students. Each student has his or her own character- istics and specialty. They should be effectively guided by using diversified, concrete and individualized e- valuation mechanism for their comprehensive quality, with professional ideological and political teachers as the core, counselor as the guide, and other various professional teachers as ideological advisers. Education overpass to promote the development: of students" personality can be built up from the students" self educa- tion, teacher counselor guidance intervention to the edification of school culture environment.
