| 摘 要： | 体育教学与运动训练都能达到健康的目的,也是体育实践活动的两种重要方式。随着人们对体育的重视,体育教学和运动训练逐渐从体育理论中分化出来,形成了两种独立的科目,并随着体育在世界范围内的普及而逐渐受到人们的重视。然而在实践过程中,因为这两种科目存在众多的相同之处,且二者的边界也比较模糊,因而人们对此二者的认识还较为肤浅。这种情况会在很大程度上阻碍体育教学改革的推行,本文将以此为切入点,分析体育教学与运动训练之间的异同。

| Abstract: | The sports teaching and the sports training can achieve the purpose of health,are also important ways to sports practice.As people pay more attention to sports,physical education and sports training has come from the physical theory,form two independent subjects,and with the popularity of sports in the world and has been paid more and more attention.However,in the practice process,because these two kinds of subjects are in common,and the boundary is fuzzy,so the understanding is still relatively superficial.This situation will hinder the implementation of the reform of PE teaching to a great extent,this paper will regard this as the breakthrough point,analyzes the similarities and differences of sports teaching and sports training. |
