| 摘 要： | 在对马克思劳动价值理论问题的讨论中，不断有修正、发展和否定劳动价值论的观点涌现出来。否定和修正劳动价值论的观点都存在着对马克思劳动价值论的误解，根源在于没有很好地理解马克思的劳动价值理论中劳动、价值、价值决定以及需求理论的内涵和本质，马克思的劳动价值论的基本逻辑没有矛盾，并且能用来解释一些现实问题，有其现实意义。

| Abstract: | With the discussion of Marx's value theory of labor, many ideas, which modify, develop or negate the valuetheory, come into being. These people with ideas negating or modifying the value theory of labor have misunderstood the Marx's theory; because they haven't understood the essence of Marx's value theory of labor about labor, value, magnitude of valuedetermination and demand. There is no logical contradiction basically in Marx's value theory of 1abor. What's more, the theorycan explain the realities to some extend still has its real meaning. |
