氨基磺酸催化合成马来酸二丁酯

摘    要:以氨基磺酸为催化剂,通过马来酸酐与正丁醇酯化反应合成马来酸二丁酯,较系统地研究了催化剂用量、酸酐与醇物质的量比、反应时间对酯化率的影响.实验表明:氨基磺酸是合成马来酸二丁酯的良好催化剂,在酐醇物质的量比为1∶2.5,催化剂用量0.6 g/0.1 mol马来酸酐,带水剂苯8 mL,反应时间2.0 h条件下,马来酸二丁酯的酯化率为99.04%.

Abstract:Dibutylmaleate was synthesized from maleic anhydride and n-Butanol using sulfamic acid as catalyst.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the oplimal conditions were found as follows:molar ratio of maleic anhydride to n-Butanol was 1:2.5,amount of catalyst was 0.6 g/0.1 mol maleic anhydride,water-carrying agent benzene was 8mL,the reaction time was 2.0 h.The results show that the sulfamic acid is a good catalyst for synthesizing dibutylmaleate and its yield could reach 99.04%.
